Bill Webb,
Managing Partner
Bill is the founder and managing partner of Legacy Management. His more than 25 years of non-profit and charitable experience represents the backbone of the organization. His idea of leveraging his own personal and professional relationships to give back to others lead to the development of Legacy, a unique professional practice that combines the significant spheres of influence of pro athletes, pro and college coaches, celebrities, high wealth individuals, and business executives, with the desire to positively impact the communities in which they operate.
While focusing on the growth and operation of Legacy, Bill’s interests are varied. He is nationally-recognized leadership speaker and author of the book “Igniting the Blue Flame; Answering the Call to Leadership.” Previously, he spent a decade in Austin, Texas as the chief lobbyist and chief executive officer of a state-wide trade association representing the transportation industry prior to his time as an operating partner in a New-York based private equity firm. In his role at Legacy, he has worked with dozens of high-impact iindividuals and organizations to craft and execute charitable and branding strategies that move the needle from both business and cultural perspectives.
Ginny Boland,
Director, Events and Client Experience
Ginny Boland serves as Director, Events and Client Experience for Legacy Management. With nearly a decade of experience in the world of events and non-profits, she has planned and produced everything from weddings to golf tournaments to brand launches, and her network of trusted creative partners spans the globe.
By combining her strong organizational skills, innovative approach to problem solving, and passion for service, Ginny excels in finding creative and impactful ways of supporting the causes that inspire her clients. For her, celebrating the why is just as important as working out the how.
Outside of Legacy Management, Ginny serves as the Creative Director for Julep Events, a Fort Worth, Texas - based planning and design firm that specializes in weddings and social events. She is also a member of the National Advisory Board for Emerge Event Collective, and supports several charitable causes in her free time.
In her role at Legacy, Ginny provides her creative approach and flawless execution to Legacy clients' projects across the country.
